Patient Information

At the office of Robert Overdorf, DDS, it is our mission to always treat our patients with respect while providing a warm and welcoming environment where they will receive the highest quality of dental care.

We are currently accepting new patients. Please call our office at 630-377-1200 to schedule an appointment. Once you make an appointment at our office, that time will be reserved for you. If, for some reason, you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time, call us with 24-hours notice to reschedule.

What to Bring to your Appointment

At every dental visit, please bring a list of any medications you are taking, including both prescriptions and over-the-counter products.

At each visit, in addition to screening your teeth for signs of tooth decay, you will be examined for signs of periodontal (gum) disease and any changes in your oral tissues, head, and neck. Dental x-rays may be necessary as part of your regular exam. During your visit we will examine your bite and check your temporomandibular (jaw) joints for signs of problems.

We feel it is important to teach you how to keep your mouth healthy using specific techniques and readily available equipment.

If you have a dental emergency, call us and explain your problem. We will schedule a time to see you, with respect to our other patients, as quickly as possible.

After Hours

Call our office at 630-377-1200 and you will receive instructions on how to reach us.

Office Fees and Insurance

We expect you to make arrangements for payment of dental care at time of service. For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard.

Dental Insurance is a contract between you and your insurance carrier. Insurance plans vary and may cover a portion to all of your dental costs. Please bring the proper insurance information to your appointment and we will be happy to assist you in filing whatever your insurance company requests.

If you do not have insurance, payment options can be discussed when extensive services are needed.
